91035 (1.10) - Investigate a given multivariate dataset using the statistical enquiry cycle

91036 (1.11) - Investigate a bivariate numerical dataset using the statistical enquiry cycle

91037 (1.12) - Demonstrate understanding of chance and data



The emphasis of this course is to prepare students for Level 3 Statistics and Modelling by focussing on Statistics and Probability.
Statistical thinking and concepts are developed and placed in meaningful contexts.

Future Possibilities
Statistics at this level is a recommended background subject for a range of careers and for further study in many areas. Students may progress to Mathematics with Statistics 31F or Mathematics 31F.

NB: To gain entry to Level 3 Mathematics courses, students would benefit by completing two  semesters of Level 2 Mathematics.
