Students who have not successfully completed a Level 2 Art Photography course need to meet with Ms Connon or Mr Soltero before confirming enrolment in Level 3 Photography.
The focus of this course is on the development of artistic ideas. Students use their ideas and subject matter with a variety of contemporary photographic approaches to Art. Students research artists and demonstrate an understanding of established photographic practice with teacher guidance.

Future Possibilities
Entry to tertiary Art, Design or Photography courses is usually through the submission of a folio representing a range of art study in the Year 13 courses, therefore students considering studying Art and/or Design at University should enrol in two of the following Level 3 courses: Art Design, Art Photography, Art Painting, Art Printmaking or Art Sculpture. These can be taken full year or as a semester course.

If a student achieves 14 Level 3 credits in this course it will be counted as an approved subject for University Entrance.
