Course Description

Emphasis is given to academic reading and writing skills, and to formal speaking. English Language (EL) and English standards are offered.

Please note: The total number of credits available for this course is 28. Students can choose to do AS90857 or AS91102, not both. Similarly students can choose to do either US31035 or US28068 and US31033.

Students who pass standards US28068, US 31033, US31035 and US30999 can use the evidence from these standards towards core generic Level 1 literacy standards.

Future Possibilities
ESL 21F leads to ESL 31F, where literacy standards for University Entrance are taught.
