Recommended Prior Learning

Year 9 Science is a compulsory course.

Introduction to Science. Students will be introduced to a wide range of science topics including:

  • forces
  • basics of life
  • properties of matter
  • astronomy
  • environmental science  

 

Experiments to show how scientists work together to make predictions and observations, investigate problems and build models to test ideas.
