Introduction to:

  • Gaming design and programming
  • Website creation
  • Photo manipulation
  • Vector graphics
  • Print media
  • Micro:bit

Including:

  • Working with computers
  • Learning lots of new skills
  • Designing, developing, testing and evaluating digital technologies outcomes
  • Problem solving and lateral thinking
  • Understanding how any digital device works
  • Understanding the positive and negative impacts of digital technologies on society
  • File management conventions
  • Understanding that storing data includes responsibility for ensuring security and privacy

 

APPLICATIONS MAY INCLUDE:

Scratch, Brackets, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Presentations, Spreadsheets, Database, App Inventor, Blender, Unity, Blogger, Repl.it, Python
