Year 10 Drama - Script to Stage - Half Year

Do you love working with scripts and creating characters? Are you someone keen to learn more about the lighting and costuming aspects of theatre? Do you enjoy directing and rehearsing scenes? This course will help develop your ability to analyse a play text and bring it to life on stage. There will be a lot of performance work. There will also be an exploration of the other things that contribute to making theatre. Students of Scripted Drama have gone on to work in many different fields including; journalists, teachers, lawyers, event planners, technicians and the list goes on.
