Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Miss J. Coleman

Students will complete a range of Level 2 Hospitality Unit Standards. 

Course content will include knowledge of international dishes, food service styles, menu types and preparing and serving coffee and tea. Students will also learn about personal etiquette in the service industry and how to appropriately resolve customer service issues.

Recommended Prior Learning

An interest in food preparation and the service industry is required. Work experience dealing with customers is an advantage.
