Course Description

Year 9 learning in Mathematics builds both numeracy and literacy skills, and begins preparation for our national qualifications. Students will broaden their understanding of number, algebra, measurement, geometry, statistics and probability. They will strengthen their use of patterns, reasoning skills, and quantitative insights. Students will be guided to think critically through the problem-solving and creative processes that underpin mathematical thought. Education Perfect will be utilised as a tool for teaching and learning and assessment.
